AlphaLoops meets or exceeds the U.S. Department of Commerce's Fair Information Practices for information privacy and data protection. With regard to the use and retention of personal information, AlphaLoops adheres to the strictest United States and EU conditions and recommendations for data collection, transfer, distribution, access, publication, integrity, security and notifications.

Access to password protected and secure areas of our cloud service is restricted to authorized personnel. All data transmitted through AlphaLoops's system is encrypted in transit and at rest.

AlphaLoops may block access to our cloud service without notice when security breaches are suspected or malicious actions detected. When this happens, the server's Internet Service Provider will be notified of the server's IP address along with the activities time and duration of occurrence.

The Privacy Policy helps customers, prospects and business professionals understand AlphaLoops's collection and use personally identifiable information.

AlphaLoops collects and retains personal information only when our customers voluntarily provide it as part of the requirement for using our cloud-based offering. AlphaLoops collects first and last names and email addresses of customer employees, contractors, and customers as part of our service.

Information Use

AlphaLoops does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties.

AlphaLoops retains personal information in its system for as long as needed. AlphaLoops may disclose personal information in response to legal requests and comply with legal processes. AlphaLoops may use personal information to: protect and defend the corporation's physical and intellectual property; take action against threats to personal safety; report service and software license agreement violations, and as required to comply with any US or international laws.

For a AlphaLoops support request, customer data loads onto AlphaLoops servers. AlphaLoops does not share or distribute customer information except as stipulated in the contractual agreement between the AlphaLoops and our customers as required by law. When updates are made to the Privacy Policy regarding the use of personal information, AlphaLoops will post announcements on their website prior to the change going into effect.

To request removal of your personal information from the AlphaLoops cloud-based offering, contact your AlphaLoops representative or submit a request via email. AlphaLoops may not be able to fulfill all requests but will use best efforts to work with any individual that has had their information provided to AlphaLoops via a customer agreement with AlphaLoops. When AlphaLoops is unable to remove personal information, you will be notified.

Privacy Policy Changes

AlphaLoops may update its Privacy Policy. AlphaLoops reserves the right to modify this statement at any time and will post updates on our website at https://runalphaloop.com. When personal information is collected, it is governed by the policy in effect at the time. Before changes are made to our Privacy Policy, AlphaLoops will post a notification announcement on our website. Use of AlphaLoops materials following a Privacy Policy update represents your agreement with the change.
