The AlphaLoops Watchlist

The AlphaLoops Watchlist surfaces motor carriers whose operating authority appears, based on publicly observable signals, to have been offered for sale in online channels such as Telegram groups, Facebook groups, forums, and marketplaces. Listings are produced by automated agents that match observed content against FMCSA-registered carriers using identifiers such as MC number, DOT number, grant date, and carrier name.

A listing is a signal, not a finding. Inclusion on the Watchlist reflects only that our systems detected content plausibly associated with a carrier's identifiers. It is not an accusation, allegation, or determination that the named carrier has committed fraud, sold its authority, engaged in chameleon carrier activity, or violated any law or regulation. Selling or transferring motor carrier operating authority is not, by itself, unlawful.

Detected signals can arise from circumstances unrelated to any wrongdoing by the named carrier, including but not limited to: third parties impersonating or misusing a carrier's identifiers, stale or fraudulent online postings, legitimate business transfers or consolidations, brokerage or agent activity, data-entry errors in source material, and imperfect matching between observed content and FMCSA records.

Confidence ratings are probabilistic assessments. The High, Medium, and Low labels reflect the internal strength of the signal match based on our scoring heuristics. They are not legal conclusions, regulatory determinations, or predictions of future conduct, and should not be read as such.

It is intended to support, not replace, independent carrier vetting, due diligence, and onboarding processes. We review good-faith correction and removal requests promptly and will update, annotate, or remove entries where warranted by the evidence.
