    What's New: Salesforce Sync, Rebuilt

We rebuilt our Salesforce integration from the ground up. The goal was simple: make syncs fast, reliable, and transparent, so you always know exactly what AlphaLoops is writing to your CRM and why.

    What's New: Salesforce Sync, Rebuilt

    Faster full re-syncs

Full re-syncs now complete in 30 minutes or less for 100,000 records. Whether you're onboarding a new workspace, recovering from a mapping change, or refreshing stale data, you're no longer waiting hours for the CRM to catch up. Every write respects your configured field mappings and write rules, so speed never comes at the cost of overwriting data you wanted to protect.

    Full transparency into every sync

Sync is no longer a black box. You can now open any sync run and see:

    • Overall sync stats (records processed, created, updated, skipped, failed)

    • Field-by-field breakdowns showing exactly which fields were written and which were blocked by write rules

    • Downloadable success and failure reports so you can audit results or follow up on specific records

If a sync didn't do what you expected, you can find the answer in seconds instead of filing a support ticket.

    Why we did this

Salesforce is the system of record for most of our customers' GTM motions. That means every carrier enrichment, risk signal, and ICP score we push into Salesforce needs to land cleanly, predictably, and on a timeline that matches how your team actually works. The new sync engine is built for that standard.

If you're an existing customer, the new experience is live in your workspace now. If you want a walkthrough, reach out and we'll show you around.
